Guide for Presentations

Conference presentations are organized into two types: Oral Presentation and Poster Presentation. Either of them can be chosen by each author to present the latest scientific research achievements of his or her paper.

Type
Description
Oral Presentations
Each presenter will have 10-12 minutes to present the paper and 2-3 minutes for discussion/questions.
Poster Presentations
Each presenter will be available to discuss his or her poster with other conference attendees.
The structure of an Oral Presentation allows for a systematic exploration of the below topics, followed by a brief Q&A session, providing valuable interactions with the audience.
Research findings: Share your latest research discoveries.
Completed works: Showcase your completed projects and their outcomes.
Innovative concepts: Introduce groundbreaking ideas that push the boundaries.
Theoretical applications: Explore the theoretical underpinnings of your field.
Methodologies: Explain the methodologies you've employed in your work.
Poster Presentations are presented at poster presentation area during the whole conference. Tips for a good poster:
*Condense your work into a visually engaging format.
*Succinctly highlights the key points of your paper.
*Use clear and easy to read fonts.
*Less is more; try to say your message in short.
*Introduction/Background, Methodologies, Research findings, and Discussion/Conclusions could be included.
*If you use pictures, ensure they look sharp after printing.

  • Presentation Tips:
*Presentations must be in English and not in any other language. Remote video presentations are not acceptable.
*Please keep the time limits in mind when preparing your presentation. The time limit will be strictly enforced in each session.
*Presenting authors are asked to arrive at their session 20 minutes before the scheduled start of the respective session, allowing the Session Chair to verify the attendance of the presenting authors.
*We recommend that one author conduct the entire presentation, adhering to the time limits.
*Presenting authors must use the computer provided by the conference organizer to do the presentation, personal computer of the authors are not allowed to use. Presentations should ideally be in PowerPoint format but PDF will also be accepted.
*Size of the poster should be A0 (841 x 1188 mm) and the orientation is vertical. Material can be paper, fabric or some other light material.
*Poster presenters are encouraged to stand beside your poster during the poster sessions for questions and discussions.
*Please be careful that your presentation should be scientific and not commercial.
*Please note that the papers that are not presented (Oral or Poster) in the conference will not be sent for publication.
If you need any assistance for presentation, please contact the conference organizing staff.
